Dan Dan Noodles
Ingredients
½ lb Thick, wheat noodles
1 Baby bok choy, pulled apart to 5 pieces
⅓ Cup Lypid™ Braised Pork Belly
¼ Cup Water
¾ Tbsp Chili oil
½ tsp Black pepper
½ tsp Sichuan peppercorn oil (optional)
1.5 Tbsp Sesame sauce
1 Tbsp Green onions, chopped
Method
1. Cook the noodles until done and blanch the boy choy.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil, making sure that the sesame sauce is homogenous with the rest of the sauce.
3. Pour the mixture over the cooked noodles and garnish with green onions. Serve.
